Admission Process at Aai Day Care
Admission to Aai Day Care is designed to be simple, supportive, and inclusive. Parents or guardians of children with special needs can begin the process by visiting our centre or contacting us directly to schedule a preliminary consultation. During this visit, our team interacts with the child and family to understand their specific needs, medical background, and developmental goals. After assessment, we guide parents through the necessary documentation and enrollment procedures. Our goal is to ensure a smooth transition for every child into a nurturing environment where they can grow, learn, and thrive with dignity and care.
At the time of Admission
Medical Certification
A valid medical certificate from a Civil Surgeon confirming the child’s condition is required.
Psychological Assessment
Submission of a psychologist’s report along with an official IQ Test Certificate is mandatory.
Academic Evaluation
The child will undergo an academic assessment by the center’s special educator. Admission will be considered only if the child is found suitable for classroom education.

Parental Involvement
It is compulsory for parents to attend all parent meetings held during the academic year, to ensure consistent involvement in the child’s development.
