Our Journey
The story of Aai Day Care Sanstha began with a simple vision: to bring hope, dignity, and opportunity to children with intellectual and developmental disabilities—especially those in underserved rural areas.
In our early days, we took our first steps by reaching out to nearby villages. Through door-to-door surveys, we identified children who needed special care and support. What we found was both heartbreaking and inspiring—many families were silently struggling, unaware that help was even possible. We knew then that awareness would be our first milestone.
We began by meeting parents individually, introducing them to the idea of specialized care and education through Aai Day Care. Many of them had never heard of vocational training or special education services. With compassion and patience, we offered counseling, helping them understand their child’s potential and how the right support could change their future.
